My name is McKinley Rasmussen, and I’m originally from Idaho Falls. After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in English from BYU in Provo, Utah, my husband and I decided to move back home to Idaho, so he could continue his education at BYU-Idaho.
As someone whose favorite subject has always been English, I love research and writing, so now that I’ve landed at PDM as the social media manager and content writer, I’m living the dream.
Along with writing, I’m also what I like to call “chronically online,” which naturally led me to develop a love for social media marketing. I’m constantly amazed by how even the simplest trends can make a meaningful impact on a business’s growth. In my spare time, you can find me baking all things sourdough, grabbing a sweet treat with my husband, travelling, spending time with friends and family, or cheering on my BYU Cougars both from the couch and in the stands.
